Hearing Echoes from Nymphs Abyss forms a key chapter in an ongoing exploration of the interplay between dreams and reality. This project examines deep-sea abysses where non-human and mechanical entities perform enigmatic rituals, creating passages between bodiless entities and lifeless human forms. Drawing on Giorgio Agamben’s concept of Nymphs as threshold entities between life and inert matter, the narrative investigates the transformative potential of images and memory. AI-generated images encapsulate the convergence of cybernetics, neuroscience, sci-fi, and fantasy, leveraging a visceral visual language. The project meditates on the boundaries and connections between human and non-human life, life and non-life, and the quest for meaning in existence.
